Trust & compliance

Built on doing things properly

Handling other people's calls and data is a responsibility we take seriously. Here's how we approach privacy, consent and compliance — designed around Australian and Victorian obligations.

Call recording & monitoring

Where a call is recorded or monitored — for quality and training — callers are clearly informed at the start of the call, and consent is handled appropriately. Our approach is designed around the Surveillance Devices Act 1999 (Vic) and Commonwealth interception requirements.

Respectful outreach

Where any outbound calling is involved, we operate within the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and the ACMA telemarketing standard — including permitted calling hours (9am–8pm weekdays, 9am–5pm Saturdays, not on Sundays or public holidays) and caller identification.

Consent-based messaging

Any follow-up by SMS or email is sent only with consent, identifies the sender clearly, and always includes a simple way to unsubscribe — consistent with the Spam Act 2003.

Privacy & data handling

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it's used and stored, overseas disclosure, and your rights.

Honest, accurate claims

We describe our service truthfully and avoid misleading or deceptive statements, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law. Results and case studies are only published once they can be substantiated.

Accessible by design

This site is built with accessibility in mind — keyboard navigation, sensible contrast, reduced-motion support and screen-reader-friendly markup — so everyone can use it comfortably.

A note on how we talk about results

As an emerging agency, we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver. You won't find invented testimonials or borrowed statistics on this site. Any client outcomes we publish will be real and substantiated — and until then, we're happy to talk you through exactly how the service works so you can judge it on its merits.

The information on this page is general in nature and is not legal advice. Our formal Privacy Policy and Terms of Service set out the binding detail. Questions? Email [contact email].
